We propose you let go of the rules and truly listen for the cues of hunger. Listen for the longing for something that will break down in your belly and travel through you like rays of light. It’s time to be responsible for the needs of our bodies and to fulfill them with the highest level of nutrition possible.
If you eat only the foods that feed you these nutrients there will be no rules, no label reading, no stress. Just you, getting your nutritional shine on and the glow of health that can’t be hidden.
